Aussie is a wooden koala designed by Chresten Sommer, bringing a little piece of Australia into your living room. Australia is home to many animals found nowhere else in the world, and the koala is one of the best loved: unique, very cute and wonderfully calm. It spends its life high in the eucalyptus trees, munching on the leaves.

Aussie belongs to a koala family that also includes Matilda, Joey and Victoria, all designed by Chresten Sommer, who has created many of the animal families in the Spring Copenhagen range.

Aussie comes with an embroidered Danish flag to wave on birthdays and other special days, as Danes traditionally do. And to keep his appetite satisfied, an artificial eucalyptus branch is included in the box for him to munch on. He makes a charming birthday gift for anyone who loves koalas or Australia.
