Optimistic Orange: a wooden bird from the Spring Birds series

Optimistic Orange is a small wooden bird figurine designed by Chresten Sommer. She glows with color even when everything around her turns dark. She never loses her bright orange optimism, because she knows she'll soon be basking in the sun again, just like a fresh orange carrot pulled from the dark winter soil.

This little bird is for life's eternal optimists, or for a friend who needs a little orange boost.

Mix and match the Spring Birds

Spring Birds is a series of colorful wooden birds that fly straight into winter to bring color to gray days, instead of waiting for warmer weather. Each bird wears its favorite color, and there are nine to choose from. You can even mix and match heads, wings and bodies to create your own unique species.

Optimistic Orange is made of FSC®-certified beech. Each bird is handmade and hand-assembled, so small variations occur.
