Penny

Penny: a wooden mama pig figurine

Penny is a wooden pig figurine designed by Chresten Sommer, and the mama of the pig family. She shares her name with Penny the pig from the USA, who once became honorary mayor of Flint River. That Penny was a friendly, much-loved town mascot who even took part in official ceremonies, complete with her own mayor's hat.

One big happy pig family

A mama pig like Penny teaches her piglets their own little etiquette: take turns at feeding time and learn how to talk with the other pigs. So when Penny comes home with you, she's not just a pig mom, she's the wise, caring and rather fun leader of the family.

Penny and her friends Percy and Poppy make delightful gifts for anyone who loves the charm of Danish farm life, from birthdays to housewarmings.

Penny is made of FSC®-certified maple and thermo-treated ash, with leather details.
